Religious Education
Christian values permeate the whole life of the school, including daily prayer and regular opportunities to attend School Mass. As part of the partnership between parish and school communities we have regular visits from our Parish Priest to support our Religious Education teaching.
Our aim is to produce pupils who will realise their full potential in their family, community and throughout society.
As we are a Catholic school all classes have Religious Education on a daily basis.
Each day starts with prayer.
Grace is said before meals and as a school we attend Mass at least once a term during school time and once on a weekend with the Parish.
The Religious Education programme is taught in all classes and integrated into all curriculum areas where appropriate. Some activities are completed at home so that parents are able to reinforce what is learnt at school.
